Manufactured to tolerances that ensure the temperature measured across and down the belt does not vary by more than ± 2.5°C. For special applications the variation can be limited to ± 0.5°C.

Economic
Due to advanced burner technology and attention to fuel efficient design, these dryers have a proven record of low gas consumption. In addition a heat exchanger can be fitted to the exhaust ducting to provide heat during cold periods.

Environment
Because of extremely low carbon emissions plus the low gas consumption,
users can often obtain grants or subsidies.

Tunnel Dryer
The modular design of the ovens means that the combination of burner and air
sections can be determined for each printers needs.
The standard belt widths are 900mm, 1620mm and 1850mm.
The standard in-feeds and outlets are 900mm or 1200mm.
The burner and dryer modules are 1500mm each irrespective of belt width.

Due to the modular design additional burner or air sections can be added at a later date.
