Following routine maintenance schedules and keeping a supply of CALMATECH replacement parts on hand is an easy and cost effective way to keep your CALMATECH TUNNEL DRYER running at peak capacity and ensure maximum uptime on your line.
We also offer customized service contracts tailored to the machines you own and to your individual requirements. Our service team will be happy to provide a customized maintenance plan and spare parts kit recommendation for you.
Also ask about training for your operations and maintenance staffs to maximize your return on investment.
We strongly recommend that the oven is serviced once a year in order for us to inspect and carry out any necessary maintenance.
The service normally takes between 1 to 2 days to carry out.
We will give a detailed report on all work carried out in the service and any recommendations for future work. This report will give you a detailed maintenance history of your installation and service work. At the same time we will give you an emissions report so you can see the condition of the burner.
Any necessary alterations/modifications we will do at the same time using the spare parts we have with us or from the stock you hold at your premises.
