QC series
Automatic Carousel
The QC Series flash cures are specially designed for the cure of screen print inks on textile for various types of screen printing carousels.
Each model in this series is equipped with a micro processor driven controller which enables you to set exact time and intensity. The integrated carbon emitters ensure perfect heating and the coolest cure for pallets and textile. This combination ensures fast and even drying over the whole print area. In most cases this eliminates the need for a cool down station.
Also, each model in this flash cures series is equipped with a control panel which enables you to set three different zones. Besides that, the QC Series flash cures are equipped with plug-in connections for automatic carousels through photocells, wobble switch or footswitch.
These units will fit into the print head of automatic carousels from MHM, Schenk and Hebbecker. With a stand they can be used in a free open station of each other type of carousel.
